We make shepherds pie every Christmas and it has become our tradition! This year, our low carb, ket0 and diabetic-friendly shepherds pie mash is made of turnip instead of cauliflower. So, it won’t have a cauliflower taste! Turnip tastes a lot like potato but with much lower carbs and we are surprised this pie tastes like the real thing. No sugars or starches are added and we cook with ingredients as low in carbs as possible to be keto-compliant.

A delectable and oh-so-yummy filling of chicken, and veges in a umami black truffle cream sauce. Nothing says festive more than this hearty pie topped with a cheesy, creamy turnip mash

*Item is served chilled/frozen( to prevent melting cakes during delivery), kindly use oven to heat up the pies.
*Ribbons are for decoration, all meals are served in rectangle (not round) oven friendly trays.
Ingredients (Chicken): Chicken, Button mushroom, shiitake mushroom, olive oil, black truffle oil, thyme, turnip, grass-fed butter, heavy cream, mozarrella cheese, cheddar cheese
Oven:
– Pre-heat oven to 180C (Convention-Fan mode)
– Place sherperd pie tray into oven for 15-20mins (Be reminded to remove the plastic lid)
– At the end of baking, pls place a fork at the centre of the pie and sink in the fork to the bottom and check if it is hot throughout. If not, continue to bake for another 10 – 15mins
