Bak Kwa made sugarless! Traditional Bak Kwa is made with a lot of sugar and unsuitable for diabetics. We have made this CNY favourite without sugar, replacing them with non-blood-sugar spiking monkfruit sweetener. (no maltitol, xylitol, sucralose etc). We also take care to use seasoning that has no/low sugar added.
Each serving of 57g has less than 1g of carbs, this is 95% lesser carbs that regular bak kwa!
Our Bak Kwa is lovingly handmade in small batches, with smallest pack at 200g available.
Do note, as we stick to traditional favourites, our Bak Kwa is Pork-based (not chicken), non-halal, contains soy and gluten. Also due to no sugar added, our sweetener is also used at a very low level. This product will not taste as sweet like regular bak kwa and may be bland if you like strong tastes.
