1. Full-time Baker (Junior/Senior)

For the professional baker, you love baking and making cakes all day, everyday. This is an opportunity to join us in creating revolutionary healthy bakes.

Working hours : 44hrs/week Tues to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat to Sun 9am to 4pm. Off on Mondays
Annual leave min 7 days
Medical leave 14 days

Roles and responsibility:

• Bake low-carb cakes according to recipes with consistency and care
• Cut, frost, pack finished goods
• Ensure the proper usage of ingredients and minimise food waste
• Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
• Help pass cakes to customers when required
•* Must be able to decorate cream cakes*
• Inventory management
• Any other tasks as required by the company

Requirements:

• Certificate in Bakery Skills or its equivalent
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Meticulous and strong attention to detail
• Able to work in small, occasionally hot environment and handle big loads of batter
• 5.5 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays

2. Part-time Bakery Assistant

We are looking for bakers who can work for half day consistently everyday. Your main role is to decorate cakes, so experience of cake frosting is necessary. Additionally you will also help with packing of items for delivery and participate in baking when required.

Roles and responsibilities:

– Decorate all cakes for orders, and bake when necessary
– Assist with packing items for delivery and pass cakes to customers , any other tasks as required by the bakery

Job Requirements:
– Able to work Tues-Sunday, 3-4 hours.
– Know how to operate computer and view basic excel spreadsheet
– Meticulous
– Good with customer service
