Please read through carefully the following Terms & Conditions. By using the site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL:

KEKITO PTE. LTD. reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion. We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

ORDERING:

a) We do not accept any refunds, cancellations or amendments to dates and items is once payment is processed and completed online.

b) We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you. For any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately for resolution.

c) For online orders, your order is confirmed once payment has been made. After placing an order online, you would receive an order confirmation to your email immediately thereafter. Please feel free to email us if you did not receive this confirmation email. Do check your spam/junk folder as our email could have been sent there.

d) We do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

e) Requests sent after operating hours will not be entertained until the next working day.

f) Orders are given first come first served basis based on the timing when payment has been made. No orders are confirmed or reserved unless payment is received.

g) We are not halal-certified but we strictly do not use any pork or lard ingredients in any of our cakes or desserts. We only use beef gelatine in our cakes. For request to change to fish gelatine kindly contact us via whatsapp.

h) Due to company policy, we do not accept any message request that include any cuss words that will implicate our branding.

DELIVERY:

a) In the event that the recipient is uncontactable and for all unsuccessful deliveries, items will be bagged and left at your doorstep outside the unit.

b) All changes to the delivery date, time and location must be made at least 2 DAYS before the date of delivery. We reserved the right to reject any requests that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.

c) Please ensure that you’re contactable during the time slot chosen as the delivery man might call you upon arrival. Failure to do so would result in the cake being sent back to the shop. In the event that the cake needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer should be liable for any charges.

d) Please take note that each delivery comes with a risk and we’re not liable for deliveries. We will not be responsible for the conditions of these items after delivery.

e) We are not responsible for any damages if the customer allows the delivery man to leave the cake outside any premises.

f) The customer is responsible for checking the order specifications of the cake received are correct and in good condition before the delivery guy leaves. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to the driver at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
