Traditional mooncake made with lotus paste and wheat flour are high in carbs and sugar. We replace with low-carb ingredients like nuts for a lotus-inspired paste without sugar, and even the skin is sugarfree and low carb. You can enjoy this mooncake festival without the harmful effects of sugar!
