Lotus paste is high in carbs and can spike blood sugar levels, so we make our mooncakes with a nut paste that taste like lotus that is super low in carbs. Regular glutinous rice used for snowskin is also high in carbs and turns to sugar after digestion, so we also make our snowskin without glutinous-rice.

Our Low carb mooncake made without sugar, is low in carbs and contains no lotus, is intead made with nuts that taste like lotus paste. The skin is glutinous-rice-free,  is instead made of fibre, making this a ultra-low carb mooncake that tastes like regular snowskin mooncake!

Each 6pc set contains the following

1. Original Snowskin (50g) x 3pc  – Like regular lotus paste with flourless riceless snowskin without the sugar and carbs
2. Black Sesame Peanut (50g) x 3pc – Features sugarfree black sesame paste with a peanut core, black charcoal low carb snowskin
