Keto Baked “Lotus” Mooncake (w/o Yolks)

Traditional mooncake made with lotus paste and wheat flour are high in carbs and sugar. We replace with low-carb ingredients like nuts for a lotus-inspired paste and make the skin with nuts too. They taste similar to lotus paste and regular mooncake skin. You can enjoy this mooncake festival without the harmful effects of sugar and high-carb lotus seeds!

Each Variety 6pc contains the following

1. Original (min 60g) x 2pc  – smooth low-carb nut paste tastes like regular mooncake
2. Pandan (min 60g) x 2pc – pandan added to low-carb nut paste
