The pandan ondeh log cake is very light in texture and practically melts in your mouth. The buttercream blends very well with the sweet coconut crumble. A small piece is enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. And most importantly my blood sugar remain stable after eating. A pure indulgence for any diabetics!
