In collaboration with Merci Maison, we’re offering an exquisite entremet to celebrate Moms who like a less-sweet, classic cake. While made with traditional flour and sugar, it has been thoughtfully crafted to be lower in sugar and delightfully less sweet.

This exquisite origami cake combines the delicate floral notes of elderflower mousse, the fruity richness of strawberry crèmeux, and the sweetness of honey sponge. Complemented by a satisfyingly crunchy white chocolate layer, it offers a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that delight the senses.

Note: this cake is made with normal sugar, flour, contains gluten and gelatine.
